So now it’s time you consider redecorating your bathroom, you’re keen to find that perfect bathroom design. You know exactly what you want. Of course it has to be absolutely perfect for your needs and aesthetically pleasing, the design you choose must also weather the years with grace as it may be quite some time before you can afford (or even bear to think) to do this again. The colours mustn’t clash, and you should be pleased beyond saying when you are finished with this project. Every amenity currently known to modern man will probably need to be included, although do remember that you need to have enough room to move around without bumping your head or your elbow on a piece of bathroom equipment.
So your perfect bathroom design will easily pass the test of time and some years on will still look as graceful and charming as it did when you first completed it. This isn’t too much to ask really, after all it’s only a minor miracle that you’re looking for here.
Let’s face it, this is the kind of perfect bathroom design that everyone is looking for, but how many have you actually seen that could fit the bill? How many people do you know who have the bathroom of their dreams? Considering this factor, there’s really only one thing left for you to do, and that has to be cut corners here and there whilst creating and achieving your perfect bathroom design. It might become slightly imperfect but here the aim is to ensure that you’ll be able to have most of what you wanted from your original design.
Sometimes it is necessary to sacrifice a great design feature for practicality, but don’t worry, an alternative can be worked into your bathroom design without too much fuss. This can often be done in such a way that at the end of the day, you won’t even notice too much of a difference to your original ideas. Unless of course you wanted to move the bathtub clear across to the end of the room but find that you are unable to do this due to logistical reasons. This would be the one type of case where your whole bathroom design might need to change.
That said however, there’s really not too much else that can go very wrong if you stick to a fairly simple bathroom design. This means one that’s easy to implement, and where possible is also easy on the pocket. Something else that you should always consider is easy maintenance. Even in a bathroom the size of the Grand Canyon there should be an easy maintenance system. It doesn’t have to be elaborate, it can even be something as simple as a small bathroom caddy to hold your necessary bathroom items.
You could of course also go to the other extreme and decide to do away with all your old bathroom knick-knacks, instead replacing them with the latest state-of-the-art easy to clean accessories instead. The choice really is yours. The implementation totally depends on the sort of beast you’ve unleashed within yourself when you first started planning your perfect. Remember, from previous experiences, that the redecorating beast once unleashed is hard to contain. So ensure that you weigh up all of your options well and then implement them in a manner that will bring you as close as possible to fulfilling your image of the perfect bathroom design.
